Question: I am interested in a room which is offered on your site. How can I respond?

Answer: You can respond by clicking on the photo concerned, by filling in your data and to mail these.

Question: I have been registered and I want to respond to a room, but when I click on the photo no field appears that I can fill in. How is that possible?

Answer: The reason is that meanwhile the room has been offered, but the procedure has not been completed yet. Only after the rental agreement has been signed, the logo ‘rented’ appears on the site.

Question: I have been registered and I want to respond to a room, but I don’t know my identifying mark.

Answer: The identifying mark to respond is the same mark that you had to mention when you paid for your registration. You can find it in the confirmation mail that you received from us. It consists of 4 numbers and a date.

Question: Are the service costs included in the rent as mentioned on the site?

Answer: Yes, the rent consists of two parts: the basic rent and the service costs. The service costs depend on the services we render (energy, cleaning, internet etc.). This is variable per year.

Question: How long does it take before I qualify for a room?

Answer: This question cannot be answered unequivocally, because it depends on several factors. We never know longer than a month in advance how many cancellations there will be and these numbers vary strongly per month. Therefore we indicated an AVERAGE waiting period. These waiting periods are based on our experiences from the past, but they can deviate, both upwards and downwards.

Question: I want to respond to a room, but I cannot log in my identifying mark.

Answer: The part ‘tenants log in’ is not meant to respond to a room, but is exclusively meant for persons that already rent with us.

Question: I am urgently looking for a room and right now you offer a room, that is somewhat above my budget. Am I allowed to rent this room now and to move on to a cheaper room as soon as one is available?

Answer: No, this is not the intention.

Question: Suppose I rent a room with you and I want to cancel it after 6 months, because I terminate my studies, is that possible?/h2>
Answer: Principally you rent a room with us for at least 1 year. But if you want to cancel this room within a year, for whatever reason, this is surely possible. There is a term of notice of 1 calendar month. In case of cancellation within the first year you will be charged administration costs. These amount to € 25 for every month you left earlier.

Question: When I cancel my room and I have not yet fully paid my rental loan with you, do I loose this rest amount?

Answer: No. it goes without saying that we pay the rest amount back at the end of the month following to your departure.
