Facilities:

Each tenant is given his own pigeon hole. The reception desk has a fax and copying machine which can be used. These facilities are available for a modest charge. All offices are equipped with telephone and/or fax facilities, and tenants are welcome to use communal pantries and toilets. Additional secretarial services are available for a modest charge. Terms and conditions of contract:
Rental period and notice period:
The minimum contract duration will be three years and three optional years, subject to a notice period of six months. If you fail to terminate the contract in time, the contract will be tacitly renewed by three years. Office accommodation in Augustinus can also be rented for shorter periods. In that case, you can choose between two options:

Option A.
A two-year contract with two optional years, subject to a notice period of six months. In that case, the basic rent is: standard rate + 5% surcharge.

Option B.
A one-year contract with an optional period of one year, subject to a notice period of three months. In that case, the basic rent is: standard rate + 10% surcharge.

Deposit. A deposit is payable prior to the rental period.
This comprises three months’ rent, inclusive of service charges and Dutch VAT [BTW].
Rental rates:
Ground floor € 110.00 per m² per annum
1st floor € 105.00 per m² per annum
2nd floor € 100.00 per m² per annum
3rd floor € 100.00 per m² per annum
Basement ( commercial premises ) € 85.00 per m² per annum
Basement ( storage ) € 45.00 per m² per annum
Storage space € 65.00 per m² per annum
Rental is exclusive of electricity and service charges and exclusive of Dutch VAT [BTW].
Electricity and service charges are € 63.60 per m2 per annum.
Electricity and service charges for the basement are € 23.88 per m2 per annum (storage area) and € 31,80 per m2 per annum (commercial premises).
Rental increases take effect on 01 July of each year and are index-linked. *All rental rates are subject to change.
