Terms and conditions of contract Rental period and notice period A five-year contract and five optional years, subject to a notice period of twelve months. If you fail to terminate the contract in time, the contract will be tacitly renewed by five years. Office accommodation at de Paal Almere can also be rented for shorter periods. In that case, you can choose between three options: Option A. A three-year contract and three optional years, subject to a notice period of nine months. In that case, the rental rate is : standard rate + 5% surcharge. Option B. A two-year contract and two optional years, subject to a notice period of six months. In that case, the rental rate is : standard rate + 10% surcharge 10 %. Option C. A one-year contract and one optional year, subject to a notice period of three months. In that case, the rental rate is : standard rate + 15% surcharge 15 %.

Business Accomodation (height: 5.22m)	€ 80,00	per m² per annum
Office 1e floor	€ 90,00	per m² per annum
Rental rates do not include energy- and servicecosts and VAT. The energy- and servicesots of units with an own CV: 2,88 per m² per annum. The energy- and servicesots of sotrageunits are € 15,72 per m² per annum.
