Facilities
The reception desk of Gebouw Augustinus is open weekdays (Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.00 The reception desk is responsible for distributing the mail of all residential and commercial tenants. Each tenant is given his own pigeon hole. All offices are equipped with telephone and/or fax facilities. The tenants are welcome to use the communal pantries and toilets.

Terms and conditions of contract

Rental period and notice period: A five-year contract and five optional years, subject to a notice period of twelve months. If you fail to terminate the contract in time, the contract will be tacitly renewed by five years.

Office accommodation can also be rented in Gebouw Albertinum for shorter periods.
A quotation can be provided on request.
In that case, you can choose between three options:

Option A:
A three-year contract and three optional years, subject to a notice period of nine months. In that case, the rental rate is: standard rate + 5% surcharge.
Option B:
A two-year contract and two optional years, subject to a notice period of six months. In that case, the rental rate is: standard rate + 10% surcharge.
Option C:
A one-year contract and one optional year, subject to a notice period of three months. In that case, the rental rate is: standard rate + 15% surcharge.
Deposit:
A deposit is payable prior to the rental period.
This comprises three months' rent, inclusive of service charges and Dutch VAT [BTW].
